Willow Crown Parties, “Miss Elowen” and every family named below are invented. Every price, policy and question was made up for this sample; your pack is written only from what you send, and no trademarked character name is ever written — the characters here are Willow Crown's own.
1 — THE ENQUIRY REPLY
When a parent asks “how much for a princess party?”
Hi! Thank you so much for thinking of Willow Crown for Elsie's big day — here's how our visits work:
- The Crown Visit — $165 (60 min): your chosen princess from our roster arrives in full gown for stories, singing, a royal coronation for the birthday child and photos with every guest.
- The Royal Ball — $225 (90 min): everything in the Crown Visit plus party games, a sing-along set and glitter tattoos for up to 12 children.
- Add-ons: a second character +$95 · face painting +$40 (up to 10 faces) · extra 30 minutes +$55.
Travel is free within 20 miles of Maplewood; $1/mile after. A $50 deposit holds your date — the rest is due the day before the party. If Saturday the 14th at 3 PM is your date, I'd love to hold it for you: the booking form takes two minutes.
2 — THE BOOKING FORM (EXCERPT)

Two minutes, one pass — then all you have to do is open the door and watch the big reveal.
- Birthday child's name & the age they're turning — so the character greets them by name.
- Your date, time and party address — with a note on parking and where the performer can change.
- Character — choose from the Willow Crown roster (Miss Elowen, the Woodland Fairy, the Sea Princess, the Pirate Captain).
- Guest count — and the ages of the youngest and oldest, so the games fit.
- The birthday child's favourite song and colour — the coronation uses both.
- Anything we should know — allergies to glitter or face paint, a shy guest, a surprise to keep.
3 — THE DEPOSIT EMAIL
Holding the date, kindly and firmly
Hi Maya — wonderful, Saturday 14 June at 3 PM is pencilled in for Elsie's 5th with Miss Elowen! To turn the pencil into ink I just need the $50 deposit by Friday; the link is below. The remaining $115 is due the day before the party. If the deposit hasn't arrived by Friday evening I have to release the slot to the next family on the list — I'd hate to, so grab it when you can. 💜
4 — THE PARENT INFO SHEET (EXCERPT)
What to expect on party day
- Arrival: I arrive 10 minutes early and text you from the car — please don't let the birthday child see the car park!
- The reveal: gather the children in one room; the character knocks, and the magic starts at the door.
- What I need: a parking spot, a chair for story time, and a grown-up in the room at all times — I perform, you host.
- Photos: the last 10 minutes are kept for photos with every guest who wants one.
